Terms and Conditions
The first closing date for nomination is 23 June 2017 and are free to enter. Late entries can be submitted after this date, until 10 July 2017. All nominations are free to enter.
Nominations are open to UK residents. Nominees must be currently employed by the company nominating them/where the work they have done which they are being nominated for is– including those on long term sick, maternity leave, paternity leave and sabbatical.
Please ensure you read the criteria for the awards you are entering. Remember to use evidence such as quotes, statistics etc and include as much information as possible into your entry within the 1000-word limit. Please complete all sections of the form, entries that are incomplete or exceed the stated word limits may not be accepted.
All completed and returned entries will be acknowledged online at the time of submission and a confirmation email will be sent containing details of your entry / entries. Please check all details of your confirmation email and contact us if you have any queries. The organisers do not accept any responsibility for loss of any entry.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into or feedback given regarding the selection of shortlisted nominations. The winners of selected categories will be decided by public vote, shortlist candidates who received the most public votes will win the selected category. The remaining category winners will be decided by the judging panel. Once the public vote has closed and the winners have been decided, One4all Rewards will decide the winner of the overall Employee of the Year Award.
We will not publish your entries without first seeking approval. However winners are sometimes asked following the awards if they are willing to allow their entries to be made public for future marketing and promotion.
One4all Rewards reserve the right to extend the closing deadline, amend categories or not award categories should the standard of entries received not reach the required standard. We reserve the right to use any entries and entry information for PR & Media purposes.
The winner of the 20 categories will each receive £100 in One4all Gift Cards as a prize and the winner of the Grand Prix Employee of the Year will win £300 in One4all Gift Cards.
